The Menu
Over the past three years, we’ve created a few crowd favorites that we keep on the menu. The Cuban is a hometown favorite and put us on the map. With its slow roasted pulled pork, ham, swiss cheese, dill pickle, and mustard pressed on the grill, the Cuban is here to stay.
From Bacon Bones (bacon cured, cherry wood smoked pork short ribs deep fried and then held in a coffee ajou) to the Turkey Gyro (fried turkey breast, red onions, cucumbers and a Moroccan sauce all wrapped up in toasted flatbread), we’ve created favorites that reappear on the menu often.
We like to add in season favorites like Crab Rolls and Naan Dippers to bring in flavors that we can’t find anywhere else in East Texas.
Whatever is on the menu, be sure to pair it with our seasoned fries. Choose from Sweet Sriracha Ginger, Cajun, Buffalo, and House Blend.
Even though these items are around for awhile, each one is subject to change and availability. We also change our menu to better fit the venue or occasion.
